Usage TIP!: After lubricating, insert the vibrator into the vagina with the control facing outward.
Start with gentle in and out movements, then fully penetrate.
When ready, activate the E-Stim function, which stimulates the muscles and nerves. The experience can vary from a tingling sensation on the skin to mild muscle twitching, depending on the settings used.
Control: There are 4 buttons on the device.
Press the button with the circle to turn on the vibration - indicated by an LED light. Pressing it again changes vibration modes. To turn off, press and hold the button.
Press the button with the arrow to start the E-Stim function - indicated by an LED light. Pressing it again changes modes. To turn off, press and hold the button.
If the LED turns green, the pelvic floor exercise function is activated.
The "+" and "-" buttons adjust the E-Stim intensity across 10 levels.
To lock and unlock the keys: press and hold both the circle and arrow buttons for about 3 seconds - if the key lock is activated, the LED lights will blink briefly.
Charging connection: Charging the product is very simple with the included magnetic USB cable.
The charging connector is located on the opposite side of the control buttons, marked by two small metal points.
