If the LED turns green, the pelvic floor exercise function is on.
Use the + and - buttons to adjust the E-Stim intensity in 10 levels.
To turn the key lock on and off: press and hold the circle and arrow buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds - the LED lights will flash for a short while if the key lock is activated.
Charging connection: Charging the product is extremely simple thanks to the included magnetic USB cable.
