Usage:

Open the appropriate sized testicle ring and pull up to the base of the penis, so it encases both the penis and testicles.

Now, the penis can be inserted into the cage, pulling up until you can push the pin through the top ring into the cage. Once the pin is through, you can insert the shackle of the lock into the small hole at the end of the pin to lock it.
