How to use:

Before starting with the vaginal dilator set, make sure to talk to your healthcare provider!

First, create a relaxing atmosphere around you so you can unwind, and mentally prepare to use the product. Relaxation is key!
Ensure you won't be disturbed during use!

Suggested practice method:

Always clean the product before use
Get into a comfy sitting or lying position with a relaxed stance
Begin with the smallest dilator!
Apply water-based lubricant to both the dilator and your vaginal opening
Breathe calmly, then gently, slowly insert the dilator into your vagina.
Insert only until it's comfortable and not unpleasant.
Hold the dilator in your vagina or at the entrance for a few minutes, wherever it feels best
Move the dilator back and forth, but make sure not to pull it out entirely!
Gently pull out and push in the dilator five times, then rotate it in circles, first right, then left
Repeat the movements 3-4 times to aid vaginal wall expansion
When finished, withdraw the dilator very slowly and relax for a few more minutes
Once the smallest dilator moves easily, your vaginal wall is ready for the next size up
Use the larger dilators with the same movements until you feel the expansion is enough
It's advisable to do the stretching exercises 2-4 times a week
