What is a menstrual cup?
A bell-shaped, flexible, completely latex-free silicone device that collects menstrual fluid when inserted into the vagina during menstruation.

Why try it? - Benefits:
Free of chemicals, bleach, which could cause allergic reactions.
Free from cotton fibers, which can be a breeding ground for unwanted pathogens.
Unlike tampons, it doesn't need to be removed when you pee or poop.

Cons:

Insertion:
Press the sides of the cup together and push it into the vagina. Once in place, it will pop open (see diagrams among the pictures).
