Control:

• Press the plus and minus buttons simultaneously to release the child lock, then the LED behind the buttons lights up.
• Pressing the plus button again starts the vibration or increases the intensity of the given vibration mode.
• Use the () - middle button to switch between the 10 vibration modes.
• The minus button reduces the vibration intensity.
• Hold the minus button to completely turn off the device.
• Hold the middle button to reset the device to its first program, then it turns off.

Charging:
You can charge the battery with the supplied charger, simply plug the cable into the connector at the base of the device's stem.
