Controls on the device:
Pressing the middle power button briefly will make the top edge of the device start flashing white, and after 3 seconds, the first program starts. Pressing this button again activates the motors and allows switching between different modes.
Next to the power button, there are "+" and "-" buttons on both sides. Use these buttons to increase or decrease the intensity of a given mode. Be careful, the device starts at a stronger setting, so don't be alarmed if it feels too strong at first, feel free to lower the intensity.
