• Before starting the use of the CalExotics dilator set, be sure to consult your doctor or gynecologist!
• First, create a relaxing environment and mentally prepare for using the product. Relaxation is crucial!
  Make sure no one disturbs you during the use!

Suggested practice:

• Always clean the product before use
• Take a comfortable seated or lying position, with a small relaxed spread
• Begin the practice with the smallest dilator!
• Apply water-based lubricant to both the dilator and the vaginal opening
• Breathe calmly, then gently, slowly insert the dilator into your vagina.
• Only insert as far as it feels comfortable and not unpleasant.
• Hold the dilator for a few minutes in your vagina or at the entrance, wherever feels better
• Start moving the dilator back and forth, but make sure not to remove it completely!
• Gently, slowly insert and remove the dilator five times in a row, then move the tool in circular motions first from right to left, then from left to right
• Repeat the sequence 3-4 times to aid vaginal wall dilation
• When finished, slowly remove the dilator and relax for a few more minutes
• If the smallest dilator moves easily inside you, your vaginal wall is ready to accommodate the next larger dilator
• Repeat the same movements with gradually larger dilators until the dilation feels sufficient
• Stretching exercises are recommended 2-4 times weekly
