How to use:

Before starting with the CalExotics dilator set, consult your healthcare provider or gynecologist!
Create a relaxing atmosphere and mentally prepare yourself. Relaxation is key!
Ensure nobody disturbs you while using it.

Recommended practice:

Clean the product before each use
Sit or lie comfortably with a slight spread of your legs
Start with the smallest dilator!
Apply water-based lubricant to both the dilator and your vaginal entrance
Breathe calmly, then gently and slowly insert the dilator into your vagina.
Insert only as far as feels comfortable, avoiding any discomfort.
Keep the dilator in your vagina or at the entrance for a few minutes, wherever it feels better
Start moving it in and out gently, but make sure not to pull it out completely!
Slide it out and in five times slowly, then move it in a circular motion – right to left, then left to right
Repeat the movements 3-4 times to aid vaginal wall stretching
After you're done, progressively remove the dilator and relax for a few more minutes
If the smallest dilator moves easily, your vaginal wall is ready for the next size up
Repeat the same steps with larger dilators until you reach your desired comfort level
It's ideal to perform these stretching exercises 2-4 times a week
