Usage:
-clean your skin thoroughly (make sure it's free from oils and creams)
-remove the protective film of the Gala Bra
-carefully place the Gala Bra cups and padding on your breasts, from bottom to top, making sure the cups are properly positioned
-gently and evenly adjust the side adhesive wings on both sides of your torso
-press the cups and side wings gently against your skin, then smooth over the adhesive for a secure, optimal fit.
