How to use:
-clean the skin thoroughly (make sure it's free from oils and creams)
-remove the protective film from the Gala Bra
-carefully place the Gala Bra cups and padding on the breasts, from bottom to top, ensuring the cups are properly positioned
-gently and evenly adjust the side wings on both sides of the torso
-press the cups and side wings gently against the skin, then smooth over the adhesive for a secure, optimal fit
