Usage TIP:
When inserting the kegel ball into the vagina, place it just within the first third of your vagina. Definitely do not push it as far as a tamelon, because then you're not stimulating muscle work, just exerting unnecessary pressure on your internal organs.

Try to hold the kegel ball while clenching your pelvic floor muscles! Hold it for a bit, then release. It's best to do the kegel exercises sitting or lying down.
Don't overdo the exercises in terms of time or frequency.

Initially, do this exercise twice a day for ten to fifteen minutes, and you can usually feel the effects after two weeks.
